Detention warrants were issued for 249 people as part of an anti-Gulenist investigation into the Foreign Ministry, media reported Sunday.
Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office claims that 249 people who entered procurement exam by the ministry between 2010 and 2013 were found to have links to the Gulen movement.
Media said 105 of the suspects were detained so far.
Turkish government criminalized the Gulen movement and its supporters blaming them for the July 15 2016 failed coup while the group denies involvement.
More than 510,000 people were detained since the summer of 2016.
