Dismissed and arrested rapporteur judge of Council of State -Supreme Administrative Court- Burak Gençoğlu was sentenced to 8 years 1 month in jail on 12 October 2018 over the pretext of terrorism charges. Moreover, special terror court ruled continuation of his pretrial detention.
