#HRC50 – UN Human Rights Council resolution calls upon states to ensure the independence and security of lawyers and judges

On the 50th session (13 June–8 July 2022) of the Human Rights Council a resolution titled “Independence and impartiality of the judiciary, jurors and assessors, and the independence of lawyers: participation of women in the administration of justice” was adopted.
